I’ve been a massage therapist for over 9 years. Within those years I’ve worked in spa environments, chiropractors offices, and several athletic events doing post massage. I studied at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health completing the HHP program taking deep tissue, reflexology, cupping, sports massage, structural integration and more. I enjoy massage and being able to provide a space of healing whether it be for an injury, condition, or a time to decompress. I also have been doing landscaping for 5 plus years and know the toll it can take on the body. We use our bodies everyday, I believe in massage as a way to create longevity in life.

Since obtaining my CAMTC certification in 2012, I have fully embraced massage for its invaluable benefits that can improve ones overall well-being. I apply deep tissue, structural integration, and stretching techniques to help clients ease muscle tension, improve posture, mobility, and overall alignment.
