Customized Massage

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep pressure is not required to release tension in the skeletal muscles, deep pressure may or may not be used depending on clients preferences.
MLD - Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle massage technique that aims to stimulate the lymphatic system, promoting the movement of lymph fluid from swollen areas to areas with healthy drainage. This technique uses specific, light, and rhythmic hand movements, often accompanied by deep breathing exercises, to facilitate the flow of lymph fluid and reduce swelling
Prenatal / Post-partum Massage
Prenatal massage offers numerous benefits for pregnant women, including stress reduction, muscle relaxation, pain relief, and improved circulation. It can also help with swelling, improve mood and sleep quality, and may contribute to a healthier pregnancy and labor.
Sports Massage
Sports massage is a specialized form of massage therapy that targets the specific needs of athletes and physically active individuals. It focuses on enhancing performance, preventing injuries, and aiding in recovery from exercise-related stress and strain. Sports massage incorporates various techniques like deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, stretching, and compression to address specific needs.
Structural Integration/ Rebalancing
Structural Integration is a holistic bodywork therapy that involves deep manipulation of the body's connective tissues to improve alignment and balance. Developed by biochemist Dr. Ida Rolf, the technique focuses on the body's fascial network, which Rolf called "the organ of form". Rolf believed that the body functions best when bony segments are aligned, and that structural imbalances strain soft tissues.
